In the response to the sustained and elevated risks of the coronavirus (COVID-19), the Online Flooring Store is monitoring the situation closely. As a company, we are following all current guidelines provided by the World Health Organisation and Australian Government.
The safety of our customers and employees during this time is paramount.
What Measures Are We Implementing In-Store?
In order to keep our customers and employees as safe as possible, the Online Flooring Store is asking that if you are feeling unwell, please refrain from coming into our Tweed Heads South showroom, and instead utilise our online shop.
NOTE: Until further notice, we will no longer be opening our showroom on Saturdays.
In-store, we are cleaning and sanitising on a regular basis. All of our staff have been instructed to wash their hands regularly, maintain proper distance, refrain from handshakes and ensure that other recommended measures are followed closely.
Is Coronavirus Affecting Shipments?
We are experiencing supply chain disruptions for some brands. Those brands that are affected will display an appropriate message on individual product and brand pages.
All other products that don’t feature this note are in stock and will be shipped as normal.
