1. Offer Overview
During our Black Friday Sale, customers are eligible to receive up to three (3) flooring samples free of charge, including free shipping Australia-wide.
2. How It Works
To redeem this offer:
- Add up to three eligible sample products to your cart
- The discount will be automatically applied at checkout. Note: The free sample discount will apply automatically once you’re signed in and have up to 3 samples in your cart.
- No payment details are required if your order contains only the three free samples
3. Eligibility
- This offer is valid for online customers only
- One free samples order per household or delivery address
- Offer valid on selected sample products only
4. Offer Period
This promotion is valid until December 1, 2025, unless extended or withdrawn earlier.
5. Stock Availability
All sample requests are subject to stock availability.
In the event that a selected sample is out of stock:
- We may substitute it with a similar product or contact you for an alternative
- We reserve the right to limit or cancel sample orders if stock levels cannot be fulfilled
6. Right to End or Modify the Offer
We reserve the right to:
- End this promotion at any time without prior notice
- Modify the terms or substitute the offer with something of equal value
- Cancel sample orders that appear to be duplicated, fraudulent, or intended for resale
7. Delivery
Samples will be delivered via standard shipping to Australian addresses only. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier availability.
