Excellent value, helpful, knowledgeable, attention to detail and prompt delivery available. Personal service at this store. Thank you Raquel for effortlessly laying planks out for us to view colour tones and patterns, this was so appreciated! We travelled an hour from NNSW to see the options, range available and purchased on the day. Decided to enjoy another trip to Tweed and collect the next week as the order was only for one room and understandably all stock can't be held on site. Very happy with our discount and the whole process was straight forward and professional. Thanks also to Dean & Rachel who helped load the planks for us on the day.

Best online experience. Such a friendly family owned business. Always contacted me promptly to help with my enquiry. Organized freight down to northern NSW using a local courier which saved me heaps of money. And even after I purchased helped me with finding the products we needed to lay the flooring. Only had one hiccup with PayPal - which was PayPal’s fault but Raquel helped with that asap issuing a refund through PayPal so that I could just pay them directly instead. This was all done so quickly so it didn’t affect my timeline in getting the flooring.The flooring is amazing ! Everything we hoped for and more. And such an amazing price! Will definitely be ordering more through this company. Look no further !

Just want to say how happy I am with the whole process of buying our new floors. We were on a tight budget and knew what we wanted. We did some research online and found The Online Flooring Store. They were really helpful and gave us a great price on our AquaPlank laminate floors. To save extra cash we were able to pick up direct from the supplier in Melbourne. OFS also put us in contact with a local installer. He came out and gave us a quote and we dealt with him directly. Everything ran smoothly. We couldn’t be happier. Thanks again!

I first met Dean when he worked at Carpet Court Southport. I was looking at floor coverings for my house renovation. The job was a 100% success! I was so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. You could tell he had been in the industry a long time. Dean knew & understood the trend cycle with regards to colours and textures, he just wasn't following the latest reality home reno show products. When it came to replacing the floating floorboards of my investment property, he was the only person I was going to call on.He suggested Innovation 5mm planks. I could not be happier with how the floor looks. As usual, the entire smooth process from start to finish. I recommend Online Flooring Store to all my friends.

Just wanted to give the online flooring team a shout out. I rang up inquiring about loose lay vinyl planks for our living area. Dean guided me through the process. After looking at the ranges, we want with Gabon Nut Loose lay planks. We couldn't be happier with the service and prompt delivery times. They even had a good floor layer we would use in our area who did a great job with the installation. Highly Recommend.

Very professional.Found them on line. They are not the cheapest but there not that most expensive. I chose a floor i like from some samples. they came out to install the floor an they told me we had to grind floor before they will installl the flooring. They didn't charge extra for grinding. Then start installing new floor. Then they told me it was faulty so the rip it up. The gave a few choices for the floor that were very similar at no extra charge. Once i came home to the competed job i was very happy. It turn out better except.
