Fantastic professional advice from Clem in choosing our new engineered timber flooring. Clem provided all the appropriate advice as I decided to lay the flooring myself. This level of service is becoming harder to find especially with larger companies.

Clem at Online Flooring Store was amazing to deal with. He was quick to reply to my enquiry, had a quote done in no time and changed the quote with no questions asked when I wanted to add onto it.
The quote itself was much cheaper than other stores sourcing the same product including the freight (I didn’t even have to ask for a quote match it was that much cheaper!) so i accepted the quote without hesitation.
When the supplier informed Clem that they’d run out of the product and it would be a couple of months away he went the extra mile and diligently took a sample and compared it to as many floors as he could before calling me.
I did get great news though when someone canceled their order and I got my flooring much earlier!!
Overall, excellent communication, they didn’t miss a beat through the whole process and floors arrived in excellent condition and exactly what we ordered.
