We recently contact online flooring to look at some vinyl planks for our new renovation. We live in SA so couldn’t view the samples, but with Raquels help and lots of photos etc we were able to select the right product for us. She was fantastic and easy to deal with. Excellent value, helpful, knowledgeable, attention to detail and prompt delivery available. Personal service at this store. Thank you Raquel for effortlessly laying planks out for us to view colour tones and patterns, this was so appreciated! We travelled an hour from NNSW to see the options, range available and purchased on the day. Decided to enjoy another trip to Tweed and collect the next week as the order was only for one room and understandably all stock can't be held on site. I first met Dean when he worked at Carpet Court Southport. I was looking at floor coverings for my house renovation. The job was a 100% success! I was so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. You could tell he had been in the industry a long time. Dean knew & understood the trend cycle with regards to colours and textures, he just wasn't following the latest reality home reno show products. When it came to replacing the floating floorboards of my investment property, he was the only person I was going to call on.He suggested Innovation 5mm planks. After looking at the ranges, we want with Gabon Nut Loose lay planks. We couldn't be happier with the service and prompt delivery times. Very professional. Found them on line. They are not the cheapest but there not that most expensive. I chose a floor i like from some samples. they came out to install the floor an they told me we had to grind floor before they will installl the flooring. They didn't charge extra for grinding. Then start installing new floor. Then they told me it was faulty so the rip it up. The gave a few choices for the floor that were very similar at no extra charge. Once i came home to the competed job i was very happy. It turn out better except.read more
