Clem at Online Flooring Store was amazing to deal with. He was quick to reply to my enquiry, had a quote done in no time and changed the quote with no questions asked when I wanted to add onto it.
The quote itself was much cheaper than other stores sourcing the same product including the freight (I didn’t even have to ask for a quote match it was that much cheaper!) so i accepted the quote without hesitation.
When the supplier informed Clem that they’d run out of the product and it would be a couple of months away he went the extra mile and diligently took a sample and compared it to as many floors as he could before calling me.
I did get great news though when someone canceled their order and I got my flooring much earlier!!
Overall, excellent communication, they didn’t miss a beat through the whole process and floors arrived in excellent condition and exactly what we ordered.

I had 3 boxes of flooring left over from a previous room we finished last year and I wanted to order the same flooring to lay in another room.

I called and spoke with Clem to confirm the details of the flooring I was ordering were correct and consistent with the existing floor panels I had.

As it turned out I was delivered the same flooring design however with a different click and lock system.

I had to order more boxes to make up for the shortfall and they took no responsibility for the mismatch and even denied that I had mentioned that I had existing flooring I was trying to match.

Clem went out of his way to find me the floorboards I needed as they had been discontinued or were unavailable at the suppliers. The whole process was extremely efficient. The only negative experience I had was the actual tracking and delivery as no-one could tell me when they would be delivered and no-one notified me when they were actually being delivered. Thankfully there was a builder there to take the delivery at the time.

I would definitely use again.
