We were very pleased to find the flooring we needed through the Online Flooring company following a burst pipe in our bathroom caused damage to the existing floating floor. The boards were exactly the same as the rest of the house and the delivery was quick and efficient with good communication through the delivery process. They also recommended a great team of floor layers to complete our job.

Do not buy any flooring here. If there is anything wrong with the product, they will take zero care of you but just refer you to the manufacturer. They don't take any responsibility, are slow to reply and don't support you when something is not how it should be. They sell faulty products and you will not get to a resolution. We had our floor laid twice, paid for floor layers, and the flooring still came back up due to faults in the product. Multiple floor layers had a look at it and said the product was faulty, the manufacturer came out twice without any resolution and is just shifting the blame and does not reply for weeks. Please go somewhere else if you want your flooring to last and not have issues after a few months.
