Airlay Alpine Artisan uses a 3mm LVT construction with a 0.55mm wear layer and Class 33 commercial/Class 42 industrial classifications. Its R10 slip rating provides a published surface-grip measure, while FloorScore certification supports a low-emission specification. The tiles can be used over approved underfloor-heating systems within the supplier’s temperature limits. The 500 x 500mm and 600 x 600mm formats should be planned carefully so cuts, set-out and grout-free visual lines remain balanced across the space. A published slip rating reflects controlled test conditions, so suitable cleaning, prompt spill management and the intended room use still need consideration.
Cool Gravel, Estate, Manor, Onyx and the light, warm and dark terrazzo options create a material-led palette rather than imitating timber planks. The square formats make pattern placement and scale particularly important, so compare a sample with benchtops, tiles and painted surfaces in the same room. A selected design should work across the full area, not only as a small isolated swatch.
This range includes terrazzo-inspired, stone-look and neutral designs. It is a strong option if you want vinyl flooring with a more decorative finish rather than a traditional timber-look style.
Colours include Cool Gravel, Cool Terrazzo, Dark Terrazzo, Estate, Light Grey, Light Terrazzo, Manor, Onyx, Warm Grey and Warm Terrazzo. The selection includes both subtle neutrals and more statement-style terrazzo options.
Not primarily. While many vinyl ranges focus on timber looks, Alpine Artisan leans more toward terrazzo, stone and decorative neutral finishes. That makes it a useful option for interiors where you want a different visual texture.
Yes. Samples are available, with 1 sample for $15, 2 for $20 or 3 for $25. The sample cost is fully redeemable with your flooring purchase. Sampling is especially useful with terrazzo and stone-look styles, where pattern and tone matter.
