4-Sided Valinge Locking System
NFD Oakridge combines a 6.5mm build and 0.5mm wear layer with a natural embossed surface, acoustic underlay and four-sided Valinge locking system. Its 1524 x 230mm planks carry a P3 slip result. Oakridge is water-resistant, easy to clean, child-friendly and pet-friendly. The range includes a 20-year residential wear warranty and 7-year commercial wear warranty. Water-resistant is not the same as waterproof, so prompt spill clean-up and the supplier care instructions still matter. The current installation and warranty documents control fitting requirements, exclusions and conditions. Browse the wider hybrid flooring collection to compare it with other hybrid constructions.
The selection includes Antique Walnut, Coraki Blackbutt, Hillside Oak, Limed Oak, Northern Spotted Gum, Oyster Driftwood, Sandy Oak and Tassie Oak. Limed, Oyster Driftwood and Sandy Oak keep the floor quiet; Antique Walnut deepens it; Coraki Blackbutt and Northern Spotted Gum add native grain. Start with NFD Oakridge Sandy Oak, then compare samples in the actual room at different times of day. This is the clearest way to judge undertone, grain contrast and plank scale before ordering.
Oakridge has a smaller colour selection than some broader hybrid flooring ranges, which can make the decision easier. You still get a useful mix of timber-look options, including walnut, oak, blackbutt, spotted gum and Tasmanian oak-inspired designs, without needing to sort through too many similar colours.
Colours include Antique Walnut, Coraki Blackbutt, Hillside Oak, Limed Oak, Northern Spotted Gum, Oyster Driftwood, Sandy Oak and Tassie Oak. This gives you a clean spread of deeper timber looks, lighter oak-style tones and Australian timber-inspired options.
Yes. Samples are available, with 1 sample for $15, 2 for $20 or 3 for $25. The sample cost is fully redeemable with your flooring purchase. This is useful when comparing lighter colours such as Limed Oak, Sandy Oak and Oyster Driftwood.
Start with the mood you want in the room. Antique Walnut creates a deeper look, Limed Oak and Sandy Oak feel lighter, while Coraki Blackbutt and Northern Spotted Gum bring more Australian timber character. Testing samples in your own lighting will make the choice much clearer.
